Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within three days from the date of receiving the product, and he has no right to exchange the product after the three days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of educational games that have been used. 3- If the product consists of educational cards. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- If the contract involves worksheets and educational files. 6- If the contract involves purchasing software download files online. Refund Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and retrieve the product provided to him by the store within three days from the date of receiving the product, and he has no right to do so after the three days. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of custom-designed worksheets and educational tools. 3- If the product consists of educational books and magazines. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- If the contract involves providing services and programs to the consumer. 6- If the contract involves purchasing ready-to-download educational files online.
